Responsibilities

-Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
-Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
-Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
-Follow up with clients once tours are completed

Qualifications

-Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
-Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
-Past sales experience is preferred
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Competent in Google Suits
-Able to be on the move for a minimum of 4 hours
-Goal oriented
